1. העצה הכי גרועה ומטופשת ששמעתי מעולם בהקשר לטיניטוס או בכלל לבריאות המוח הגוף או הנפש. זה כל כך לא נכון שממש תיזהרו מעצות מטופשות כל כך. 2. מחולל קול תוך אוזני או חיצוני שעומד בקריטריונים נכונים יכול לעזור אם משתמשים בו נכון. 3. שטויות. יש אילוצים בחיים ואי אפשר להפיל על אדם "אשמה" על סוג המקצוע שיש לו. 4. אין שום קשר בין מלטונין להפחתה בטיניטוס. 5. נו באמת. ברור שכושר זה דבר טוב. גם אכילה נכונה שינה נכונה והרבה כסף בבנק. 6. כאב כרוני יכול להחמיר אם מתעסקים איתו הרבה. יופי. 7. הטיניטוס יחמיר ועל כן עליך להתיש את עצמך כדי לישון טוב????? אוי ואבוי ! עצות אחיתופל באמת. שינה כשעייפים מידי היא הגרועה מכולן.... להפחיד את האנשים המסכנים שקוראים את השטויות הללו שהטיניטוס יחמיר - זו רשעות לשמה, במיוחד כשידוע שברוב המקרים טיניטוס משתפר מעצמו ודועך מעצמו. 8. אין קשר מוכח בין כל המזונות הללו וטיניטוס. יש קשר עקיף לסחרחורת אבל זה ממש לא הנושא. אז תאכלו את מה שטוב לכם, וכן, באמת חשוב לאכול ירקות. 9. נגמרו החיים. כל כמה שעות נעצור את העולם ונעשה מדיטציה. נכון ??? אני לא מכירה הרבה אנשים (או בכלל מישהו) שיכולים לעצור את העולם ולהתפנן בשלווה והתרגעות. מה לעשות שהחיים זה לא הזיית אינטרנט ...:) זהו. שיהיה חג שמח ד"ר טלי מרק, מומחית ברפואת אא"ג, יועצת רפואית, אופקים איכות השמיעה, טלפון 03-5272477, פקס - 03-5272491
