panic attacks!

If the doctor has said i suffer from panic attacks is there any connection between this and hormone imbalance. he gave me lorivan i have been taking this for close on 8 years but still i get these attacks i have not really bothered going to phsycologists because i dont have the time with 3 small children is there any other medicine or therapy for this condition

I know how hard it must be with little children to treat your self. but- doesn't your attakcs effect your motherhood? things you cannot do? the best treatment for my opinion invilves both- chemical and psychotherapy. you can call me or send email if you want farther davises. bye. ravit.

hi lisa thanx for your kind words. i was a bit afraid cause there looks like there are loads of loonies on this forum! anyway i think there is new medicine around for this and maybe your right i do need time off for sure i think i will try a little tai chi my dad says it works wonders and he is hooked already tnkx doll bye lynne
