Impacted maxillary right canine!

Hello, I'm, 22 years old male dental student -4th year- living in Jerusalem. I have an impacted maxillary right canine, which protrudes slightly in the palate but not visible at the rugae area, it's affecting the central incisors alignment, and the midline is deviated. Add to that a malocclusion of cross bite, and a maxilla in need of expansion, as I've been told. So what options do I have? what would be the most convenient plan to solve the tooth impaction? and how much money do you think this would cost me? and how long time? Thank you very much..! Ahmad
