שלום רב, אודה לכם מאוד על ההסבר של פיענוח תוצאות ה-CT : CT חזה בטן אגן עם שתיה, ללא ועם ח"נ IMPRESSION ZONE OF ATELECTASIS IN THE RUL, WHERE A GROUND-GLASS OPACITY WAS SEEN EARLIER ENLARGEMENT OR REAPPEARANCE OF A LARGE NUMBER OF PULMONARY NODULES LESIONS OF THE RIGHT BREAST AND RIGHT AXILLARY LYMPHADENOPATHY, GREATLY IMPROVED NEWLY ENLARGED MEDIASTINAL AND HILAR LYMPH NODES FINDINGS A ground-glass-opacity ("GGO") described before has changed significantly and now has the appearance of atelectasis (e.g. 302-0 ). Thin, high-resolution views of the lungs from the current series are compared to identical sections from 24/04/2019 and 03/03/2019 and analyzed using an automated detection program. On the current study, this program detects 60 nodules, compared with 40 and >250 nodules detected on the prior two studies. A typical such nodule is a 10x12mm LLL nodule measured on the thin views (302-55), which has more than doubled since 24/04/2019 and is larger than on 03/03/2019. A complex nodal lesion in the right axilla and complex right breast lesions are again evaluated and are either smaller or cannot be identified as lesions or nodes at this time. A 20x22mm mediastinal lymph node (3-58) impinging on the esophagus is now evident. There are several 9mm (short axis left hilar nodes. Evaluation of individual lesions is tabulated elsewhere, and the labels given them, their measurements, and their locations, as tabulated, have been saved to the PACS system and are considered part of the medical records. Trace pericardial effusion, present earlier and unchanged. Cardiomediastinum otherwise normal. Parenchymal organs normal: liver (with a small cyst), pancreas, spleen, adrenal glands, kidneys GB, bowel, and mesentery, uterus and adnexa normal. No thoracic, retroperitoneal, mesenteric, iliac, left axillary, or inguinal adenopathy. No peritoneal lesions. Urinary bladder normal. Small umbilical hernia. Degenerative changes T3-T7. Bones and soft tissues otherwise normal. HISTORY: Breast cancer. Clinical trial.
