Chest Machine

Hello Yaron How many chest machine do you reccomend me to do. Today i do Bench press, Incline, Decline and fly. Do you think its too much 4 machines for the chest or its ok. My combination is Chest, arms, front shoulder. Do you think i should change for chest, triceps and shoulder

4 תרגילים לקבוצת שריר זה מספיק. אתה יכול להחליף את הסדר מדי פעם. זה טוב לשרירים וטוב לנשמה. איזה עומסים אתה עובד?

Gracias Yaron I usually do 7-8 times 5 repetitions. heavy weight. But let me ask you something very important that i have in my mind: How do i know if the weight that i lift it's heavy enough in order to get muscles or its medium weight in order to get just tone. I want to get big but not too much how do i manage my weight properly. I hope that i didn't make you crazy with this explanation. Anyway i am coming to Israel in 3 weeks for vacation and i will be more than happy to meet you and set a program for me which i will takw with me. Do you still work in Great Shape? Thank You, Eyal
