Is there any different between Soy protein and whey protein? can i creatine together with the protein? Have you heard about the Myoplex? what do you think? How can i avoid Plato situation and how long i have to wait for the muscles to get tone after the inital workingh out (2-3 months) thank you, Eyal

From the scientific (biochemical) point of view there are should not be differences between Soy and Whey proteins. Both are proteins. From the Complementary medicine there could be difference. Soy has the quality of cold and dry. Diary products also cold and wet. (Heat, cold, wet and dry features are supposed to produce the same effect in human body. Example: edema is wet and cold or hot.). Getting muscle power means rise in hot, hypertrophy means hot and some wet. fat burning means hot and dry, et. To my mind, using protein supplements produces cold and some wet, creatine produces heat and some wet (and requires drinking amount of water). Using both supplements will produce some "overwet" which you could fix with dry feature pruducts. Again, this is not "scientific". As any medicine i recommend you to take proteins and creatine separately. To progress you should stick to following principles: most important is the principle of hypercompensation, continuous progressing (in weight, sets), variability of training - change the exercises every 2-3 month. Right exercises program should produce significant effect in strength after 2 months. There are special programs and tricks to break the plato stagnation and they are supposed to be used by advanced sportsmen. For beginners and up right program is enough.

יש הבדל גדול בין חלבון סויה לחלבון ביצה. הוא בא לידי ביטוי בתכולת חומצות האמינו - חלבון ביצה מכיל כמעט את כל חומצות האמינו הדרושות לגוף, חלבון סויה מכיל רק 50%. לגבי הפלאטו - אני מניח שאתם מכירים ממקודם, היות ואין איזכור של תוכנית האימונים, ולכן אין באפשרותי להתייחס ספציפית.
