cipramil with novocain shot?.

Hi 3 years ago I got my first anxiety attack for 2 years I suffered until I started to take cipramil the first month wasnt easy but once I got used to it my life went back to95% normal I started doing stuff that I was scared of doing befor .3 weeks ago I went to the dentist and I was given a shot than is called novacain since then I started to be anxies and I wouldnt say that I am 95% any more I asked my dentist and she said that there was adrenelin in the shot. I feel like the shot disturbed the performance of the cipramil I still do everything but I am a little disturbed and wonder what should I do I used to take 30 ml 4 month ago I slowly went down to20 ml and felt great until the shot. just to let you know I had an operation where they had to put me to sleep 5 month ago and the doctors told me that because I take the cipramil they will give me a shot that wont react with me medication and after the surgery I felt great until the last incedent. please let me know what I should do thank you david
