Israel and usa same pill differant name?

I lived in Israel and recieved cypramil to treat my phobia's and it saved my life but I had trouble in the begining when the doctor gave me recital I really didnt feel good but when I changed to cipramil it got much better my question is I moved to the usa and they dont have the pill cipramil they have a pill that is called celexa I dont know if I should take it even though its the same generic name which is citalopram I am a little afraid it will be the same effect like the recital the pill is a different size but the same dosage. please let me know if there should be a problem or not?.thank you
