אבחנה של מוקוזיס פונגואידיס

עשיתי ביופסיה בחשד לMF והתקבלה תשובה ואני מאד דואג Skin showing superficial mostly lymphocytic infiltration with focal intraepidermal migration. No spongiosis. immunostains with CD3, CD4, CD8, CD7 were performed. Ratio CD4: CD8 is 10:1. Very small number of CD7 positive lymphocytes . All intraepidermal lymphocytes are CD4 positive. Conclusion : Superficial lymphocytic infiltration with intraepidermal migration and abnormal immunophenotype ( markedly increased CD4 : CD8 ratio). The findings may be consistent with early MF. PCR test for TCR gene rearrangement from the paraffin block is recommended האם זה הוא ממצא חמור?
