נמצא בחו"ל ומבקש תרגום/פענוח של CT חזה דחוף

שלום, מבקש פענוח ל-CT חזה עם חומר ניגודי שנעשה בעקבות תלונות על כאבים בחזה, שיעול וקוצר נשימה. CT Chest: Centrilobular AND paraseptal emphysematous changes are seen bilaterally with an upper lobe predominance. There is dependent bibasilar atelectasis. There is ill-defined density within the anterior lingual as well as the anteromedial right middle lobe. There is more rounded consolidated focal density within the inferior anterior lingual measuring approximately 1.9 x 1.7 cm. 6 mm nodule located just above the hemidiaphragm. Mediastinal windows demonstrate multiple small lymph nodes within the left axillary region which are subcentimeter in size. Likewise, there are multiple tiny lymph nodes seen within the superior mediastinum, right paratracheal region, precarinal, AP window AND subcarinal locations. Small bilateral hilar lymph nodes are noted. No pathologically enlarged lymph node is evident. תודה מראש על תרגום/פענוח ממצאי הבדיקה
