Medications for chemotherapy for NSCLC , stage 4

Which medications are usually given for the first line chemotherapy treatment for NSCLC, stage 4 (the patient is 79 year old, smoked in the past,performance status is Ok,has back pain from bones metastasis) Thank you in advance for your reply.

Thank you for your reply. Is it EGFR test? Which hospitals in Israel(preferably in Gush Dan - HaSharon area) do it? If the doctor did not offer this, can we just ask him We would like to seek a second opinion, my father already started his chemo treatments, Can they be changed if another doctor decides there is another option? Is it better to seek a second opinion after the chemo treatment and tests or the sooner the better? If we seeing another doctor in the different hospital and he suggests something different, does it mean the my father will need to continue treatment in that hospital?, , I really appreciate your reply.Thanks a lot?.
