פענוח בדיקות מח עצם

שלום רב, נשלחתי לביופסית מח עצם עם חשד ל-HCL. היום קיבלתי את התוצאות.התור לרופא רק ב16/9. אשמח אם תוכל לעזור לי בפיענוח. לא הבנתי אם יש לי HCL או לא, והאם מאוד דחוף להגיע לרופא או אפשר להמתין עד 16/9. תודה מראש, להלן התוצאות cellularity: 50-60% red cells: normoblastic white cells: active with complete maturation megakaryocytes: increased showing mild cellular atypia lymphocites: no increase reticulin fibers: no increase collagen fibers: absent hemosiderin: absent other cells: none bone: normal other changes: none immunostains: CD20 highlights few scattered small B lymphocytes in the interstitium these lymphocytes are t-bet possitive but DBA-44 negative the TRAP and Annexin A1 are non contributory though the B lymphocytes are possitive for t-bet theit number is too small for evaluation diagnosis: normocellular bone marrow תודה

א. 16.9 זה קרוב... ב. גם אם היה HCL - זה לא דחוף עד כדי כך... ג. לא מצאו הוכחה למחלה (זו או אחרת) בדגימה זו...
