What if i take a break of 3 weeks

I have been working in the Gym for 7 months. Lately, i went for 3 weeks to Israel for vacation and i didn't work out even 1 day. Now i am back and planning my new routine. How much it will hurt me these 3 weeks of vacation.(I didn't gain weight and i tried to eat properly) Thanks, Eyal
