spinning again

sorry, but u still didn't answer me if u as a trainer, recommend on spinning or running/walking, to lose weight. should i add to 2-3 times spinning a week 2 times running/walking? some trainers in my gym don't like spinning, thay prefer running...
as I said, the effeciency of airobic workout is a function of heart rate. running enables higher heart rate, for most people.
