How often i should increase my weight. what is better: more weight and few sets or less weight and more sets. second question: would you recommend me to do the cardio after i lift weight or before. I would appreciate if you will reply Thank You, Eyal

weight lifting first, cardio 2nd low reps as well as high reps are essential for building mass yet you should emphasis low reps in case you are a "fast gainer" and high reps in case you are a slow gainer you should increase weight every 4 - 6 sessions for a specific muscle group or increase volume
