License to practice psychology

I got an official answer that the psychologist in not licsensed in the U.S. I have no way to find out whether she is licensed in Israel since all these databases are not working. She said she worked as chief psychologist in Tel Hashomer for 23 years. I also have her name. Is there a way in which I can email her name to some personal email account AND have someone check it? Should I report to the board of psychologist about it? I wonder what you usually advice people to do in such situations. I will definitely inform her, but do wish to know what you think. Thanks.
