How can I find out whether someone is licensed

How can I find out whether someone was licensed to practice psychology in Israel? I have been treated by a woman that claims that she was a psychologist in Israel for many years. I suspect she is not honest. How can I find out? Thanks much. Dina

I just found out that the person is not licensed here in the U.S., but she is still treating people. What is the best way to go about it? Thanks much Dina
