יש לי גידול המוטולוגי במצח העליון בגודל 5 ס"מ שלא מפריע לי בחיי היום יום (הוא גודל לאט). 1) האם כדאי להוריד אותו בהקרנה מקומית? 2) לא לעשות כלום? 3) האם הגידול מייצר כדוריות דם? האם הורדתו יכולה לפגוע בייצור שלהם? אני כיום בגבול של טסיות (140,000) והמוגלובין 11. אני בן 80.

מתאים למיאלופיברוזיס עם אקסטראמדולרי המטופויזיס. קטע עור עם תת עור במימדים: 0.3*0.8*2.5 ס"מ. בחתך ריקמה פיברוטית. Skin showing diffuse intradermal and subcutaneous interstitial polymorphous neoplastic infiltraion concentrated around blood vessels, composed of atypial cekks suggestively with mteloid differentation characterized by irregular nuclei with various shapes and sizes. Some cells are bizarre multinucleated. Cells with eosinophilic granular cytoplasm and immature nuclei are present. Cells of infiltrate are positive with myeloperoxidase cla and partly positive with CD117. Immunostains with Keratin, EMA, Keratin Z, Keratin 20, Melan -A, HMB -45, S -100, CD3, CD20, Synaptophysin chromogranin, Action are negatibe. Proliferation index ( KI 67 ) is about 50-60%. Conclusion : Cutaneous neoplastic infiltrate consistent with myeloproliferative nature. Clinical correlation advised.
