my friend is in a realy bad shap !!! i need some h

first i`m very sorry i don`t have hebrow in my computer . ok it`s like that, i have an old friend ,when we where young we were very good friends but now we are not in touch for a few years but i see him here and there.any way for the last few months i can see that he is falling apart. he is not working 4 a long time,his perents kicked him out of their house and then he came back but i can see that he is falling.a week ago i met him in the park and i sow that he SHAVED HIS EYEBROWS !!! on top of that he`s shaving his chest too althu he is not so herry.when i asked him why did he shave his eyebows he could`nt give a strat answer. ARE THISE SIGHNS OF SYCOLOGIC DESTRESS ??? what can i do ??? please help me. p.s we are 24 years old
