בס"ד בן 66 הובחנתי ב"ליכן עמילואידוזיס" בעור כדי לשלול שהמילואיד לא הגיע ללב נשלחתי לבדיקת אקוקרדיוגרפיה..להלן התוצאה Left Ventricle: Normal LV size and global systolic function(EF~60%)., Normal LV walls thickness, Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction (LV impaired relaxation). Left Atrium: Normal LA size. Right Ventricle: Normal RV size and global systolic function. Right Atrium: Normal RA size. Aorta: Normal aortic root, ascending aorta and aortic arch size. Aortic Valve: No aortic valve regurgitation. Mitral Valve: No mitral valve regurgitation. Tricuspid Valve: Minimal tricuspid regurgitation. Valves: No significant valvular abnormalities. Inferior vena cava: Normal IVC size with normal inspiratory collapse. Pulmonary Artery Pressure: Normal pulmonary artery pressure. Pericardium: No pericardial effusion. בנוסף עשיתי בדיקות דם ntprobnp (תוצאה 43) ובדיקת טרופנין (תוצאה פחות מ-2.5) אני עושה הליכה כחמשה ק"מ ביום די בקלות..האם יש נזק ללב? בתודה ובברכה.
