ד"ר שלום- אני בן 34 לאחר ניתוח TURT, להלן תוצאות הביופסיה: Urinary bladder mucosal fragments without muscularis propria showing papillary urothelial carcinoma low grade.No evidence of invasion into the lamina propria.Level sections examined.Comment: there is papillary urothelial neoplasms showing slight urothelial atypia, rare mitotic figures.Ki67 proliferation index, `approximately 1-2% of tumor cells nuclei.The urothelial cells shows diffuse and immunostain for CK-20 and P16.In conclusion: this histologic features and immunohistochemical stains supports the diagnosis 1. אודה להתייחסותך לתוצאות הנ"ל. 2. בנוסף המליצו לי על שטיפות מיטומיצין, האם טיפול זה עדיף על שטיפות BCG? 3. האם עלולה להיווצר בעיית פוריות / בעיה בכניסה להריון עקב השימוש בחומר זה. תודה רבה!
