פסוריאזיס טיפתית היא מונח תיאורי המתבסס על פיזור וגודל הנגעים. יכולה להופיע פסוריאזיס טיפתית שלא נגרמה ע"י זיהום חיידקי (מה שיכול להעיד על זיהום בזמן האחרון שהיה וחלף זה רמת הנוגדנים בדם - בדיקת ASLO). לגבי הפצעים על עור הפנים - קשה לי לומר בלי בדיקה באילו פצעים מדובר והאם אמנם מדובר בפסוריאזיס שהיא אכן תופעה לא שכיחה בפנים ובפרט זו הטיפתית. בעיקרון אפלומיצין לא נראית לי אופציה רצויה לפנים אבל שוב ללא בדיקה אני מנוע מלחוות דיעה.
