עקירת שן בינה תחתונה - חתיכה שנותרה

עברתי עקירה של שן בינה תחתונה. נשארה חתיכה (הרופא נאבק על הוצאתה). בסוף אמר שהחתיכה קרובה לעצב ועדיף לא להוציא. מה ההשלכות בעתיד של הותרת החתיכה ? האם יש סיכון בהוצאת החתיכה ?

שלום לך לפעמים באמת עדיף להשאיר את החתיכה כאשר יש סיכוי לפגיעה בעצב יש לעקוב אחרי החתיכה בעזרת צילומים מידי כמה חודשים ובדכ אין עם זה סיבוכים אבל חובה לעקוב תודה על פנייתך

מאחר ואיני רגועה פניתי באופן פרטי לכירורג ולאחר צילום פנורמי מצא, כי כל השורשים של השיניים נשארו ! (לא חתיכת שן). רופא השיניים שלי אמר לי כי השורשים הופכים עם הזמן לעצב ולא כדאי להוציאם כדי לא לפגוע בעצב (במהלך העקירה הוא ביצע צילום רגיל). מה עלי לעשות ? האם צריך להוציא את השורשים, האם כאשר הם נותרים הם מהווים מטרד, גורמים דלקות וכו' ?
