לוקמיה לימפוציטית כרונית

אבי בן 65, חולה CLL, חולה במחלה זאת כבר 5 שנים. קיבל טיפול ב COP שילובים שונים של FLUDARABIN. בהמשך טופל ב CHOP ללא כל תגובה. קיבל MABTERA ו DEXACORT. תוך כדי טיפול הבלוטות גדלו וגרמו ל BILATERAL HYDRONEPHROSHS. לפי ביופסיה חוזרה של בלוטה מדובר ב CLL. כיום אבי עובר הקרנות באיזור הבטן מאחר וכל הבטן התמלאה בבלוטות לימפה מוגדלות מאוד. רגליו התנפחו מאוד, הכליות עובדות בצורה חלקית, נותן מעט שתן. לפי רופאיו נאמר כי נמצא בסופה של המחלה וימיו ספורים. האם יש טיפול או תרופה או ניתוח או פיתרון כולשהו לטיפול במחלה, שטרם קיבל? אודה לך בעד תשובתך המהירה.

Attention had therefore focused on the use of alemtuzumab in the treatment of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL), in which symptoms are the result of an expansion of a CD1a+/CD5+/CD23+/CD52+ malignant clone, causing lymphocytosis in the circulation and pervasive infiltration of the bone marrow. In clinical trials, in heavily pretreated patients, alemtuzumab was effective, producing responses in about one-third of patients who had failed to respond previously to chemotherapy, including fludarabine. תודה שענית לי. 2 דברים מטרידים את אבי כעת: 1. הרגלים הנפוחות: מדובר בהתנפחות גדולה מאוד בשתי רגליו, כנראה מצבירת נוזלים. מדוע מסרבים לעשות לו דיאליזה? אומנם נותן מעט שתן אך כנראה שלא מספיק והגוף יכול להיזדהם עקב אי ניקוז וניקוי של הגוף? האם עלינו להתעקש על דיאליזה להקלה על רגליו הנפוחות? 2. בלוטות הלימפה הגדולות בולטות דרך הגוף, וניתן לראותן גם ללא מכשירים או מכונות. הבלוטות הינם בצוואר, בעורף, בשקע שבין הכתף לצוואר, במפשעה ובבטן. האם ניתן לנתח ולהוציא את הבלוטות שלוחצות על הכליות או על אברים חיוניים? מדובר בבלוטות בגודל של אגרוף גדול ואף יותר מכך. אודה לך על תשובתך.
