פלסמפרזיס

שלום, ברקע SLE ודלקת מפרקים ארוזיבית עמידה לטיפולים. בעבר הוצע לי לעשות השתלת מח עצם אלוגאנית ב"הדסה" והשתלה אוטולוגית ב-רמב"ם. לאחרונה התוודעתי לטיפולי פלסמפרזיס ושיטות סינון נוספות. ברצוני לדעת האם בוצעו תהליכים כאלה בחולים אוטואימוניים בארץ? (אני יודעת שמבחינה ראומטולוגית אין פרוטוקולים מסודרים בעניין, ולפיכך גם אין המלצה טיפולית). תודה רבה.

The addition of plasma exchanges to a regimen of CS AND CYC was evaluated by Lewis AND coworkers, in their randomized, controlled trial that included 86 patients with severe lupus nephritis (17). Forty-six patients received standard therapy, AND 40 patients received standard therapy plus plasmapheresis, 3 times weekly for 4 weeks.
