burning pain in upper back

hello lately i have been feeling a burning sensation arround my shoulder blade (i have been tolled that it's my rhomboid muscle) on the right. the pain is agrivated by prolonged sitting it started few days ago when i woke up in the morning can you tell what it is or what measures should i take cheers

Roy. Thank you for your question. Without checking you it is impossible for me to determine what may be the cause of your complaint. The best thing would be to see a chiropractor and get it treated. Untill then try to put heat on the muscle, usually with muscle complaints that helps. If you feel that heat is making it wourse, obviously stop. Thank you.
