Wierd back pain

Try to help here please Im 32 with good healthe...i had flu 3 weeks ago i took phnizilin AND when i was done with the flu i startd with this problem: im waking up every morning at 4AM with crazy muscle pani at the lower back I didnt get any hit i didnt lift nothing it just started like that i went to the ortoped AND he made an X ray with no special results He gave me Kortizon for 6 days AND pain releaf pills now when im done with the kortizon AND i still have the back pain every morning i wake up at 4 with pain similer to pooling a muscle...i make a hot shower AND the pain is gone,,,i dont have any pain the whole day..i dont have a problem to sleep...it's only in the morning....what can it be...please tell me if someone had something like that before OR know what to do with that

hi Oz well, i would check my mattress first. see if it gives your spine the right support it needs. maybe', try another bed for a while AND see the difference. If the pain persist' go to a chiropractor for a physical examination. best of luck
