Synositis in India

Hi, I'm traveling in India. and had a sever cold in the past 10 days. It started with sore throat, and after that only caughts and ALLOT of running nose. Yesterday, It started to hurt under my left eye and it feels like there are liquids in there (especially when moving or banding over(. I suspect its a synositis... I have in with me antibiotics(moxypen), Synofed and Dexamol synos Finding a doctor in the place I'm staying now is not easy... How can I treat it? Thanks allot in advance,
