Sudden hear loss

Hi, Since saturday I have a severe degradation in hearing ability in my right ear. I am now hospitilized and getting steroide treatment, but no cure yet. I would like to consult someone that specialized in this area. Can you please recomend. As I understood, the first 10 days are the most important, so please consult ASAP. Thanks, Shay
