neck ache and high fever

i right now in vietnam that's why i can't write in hebrew before 5 days i got hight fever with strong neck ache (kehev GARON) i didn't take any medicine except DEXAMOL and after 3 days i felt better the day after i got up with strong stomach ache (kehev BETEN) which made me stay awake and i can't sleep i don't know if there is connection between the neck ache and the stomache ache but it makes me nurvos and i feel not so good but i don't have fever anymore please tell me if there is any connection or if it wasn't regular SHAPAHAT i hope it is. and if u have any suggestions what to do with the stomache ache i will thank u mati
