shalom, my question: I suffer from sinus problems almost two years, got it in Asia where I lived in tropical weather 3 years. Was treated by Augmentin & Flixonase. In my background alergies & some asthma simtoms. Now I am treated by Lorival & Flixonase, for the last week, but no relive. My symptoms r hadachs,wandering all over my head forhead & eyes, recently it got much more often. Is there some new conservative treatments u can offer me, in any dissipline. Please let me kow, thank u in advance. H.N

Hi Well, basically most of the sinus problems are treated in a conservative manner . I am really not familiar with the exact details of your case but it seems that an X ray sudy is needed to determine the extent and severity of the disease, of course, if one antibiotic does not work you should try other type ' usually a more potent one combined with the anti allergic medication you have already been taking. If nothing helps than there is no escape but to irrigate the diseased sinus and thus enable it to regain normal physiology and function. In summary : try different antibiotics, go on with the anti- allergics, visit an ENT and see if X-ray are needed and pray you won't need any invasive procedure.. good luck
