white spots in the throught

hello. Im an Israeli,not in israel right now. I have white spots all over my throught It hurts when I swallow and I lost my voice completly! I cant get to a doctor because its the weekend here. only on moncday 2 days from now. what medicin would you recomend. (the drug stores are opened) is it straptokokim for sure? is it dangerous? I will thank you for a quick answer. anat.

If you also have fever and swollen glands I suggest that you start antibiotics. The recommended antibiotic is penicillin V 1g in the morning and 1g in the evening. or amoxycillin (MOXYPEN) 0.5gX3

meanwhile , my fever is gone, and my voice is comming back. I didnt take any medicine, still got white in my throat should I still take untibiotics?
