Throat ache

In the last few months i have somtimes a throat ache the ache is quite weird since it feels as if someone is trying to strangle me, what can it be , I am 22 years old and i do not suffer from any disease, i only take the pill

Your description is very suggestive of GE reflux (gastric acid rising up to your throat) - about 50-60% of sufferrers from laryngopharyngeal reflux do not have the classic symptoms of heartburn. ENT exam may rveal the problem and will initiate the appropriate treatment.
