how reliable is the ERG test on infant 2 month-old if the baby was awake AND not cooperative at all. what is the difference betweeen photophobia that patiants with ocular albinism exibit to the one that patiants with cone dystrophy suffer.

1- Depends what pathology you are looking for. An extinct ERG due to RP will be detected even under the described circumstances. A mild foveal pathology will not. 2- I do not know tha exact unswer to that question.
