חזה נשי-גברי אצל מבוגר צעיר שלא על רקע משקל עודף

שלום, כילד ונער הייתי בעל משקל עודף רציני, בשלב מסויים השלתי משקל רב בעזרת דיאטה ומשטר אימונים שעליו אני מקפיד עד היום. בהמשך התחלתי להתעסק בפיתוח גוף והחלפתי כמעט באופן מוחלט מסת שומן במסת שריר. גם בתקופות חיטוב שבהם הגעתי לאחוז שומן גוף מאוד נמוך של 7-8% החזה נותר כפי שהיה גם בצורתו וגם בנפח השומן\רקמה מה שגורם לי להניח שלא מדובר על נשכחות מן העבר השמן. האם יתכנו סיבות הורמנלית? רופא המשפחה שלי לא ידע לייעץ בנושא.
