gestational diabetes

(Sorry but my hebrew writing skills are not that good so I'm wrinting in English, I can read Hebrew very well so if you reply in Hebrew that's ok, thank you!) Dear Dr's, I am currently in my 32nd week of my 4th pregnancy. As all my children were born "big" (3900 - 4040) I always do the OGTT (100mg) test which was ok in ever6y pregnancy also the current. 2 weeks ago I did a urine test (in the morning after ~6 hrs fasting - labtest not stick) and was urine glucose was 1000mg/ml (with ketones +++). I was told to check again and next morning did a blood glucose and glycosylated Hb test, after fasting for 12 hours. I had 58 glucose (which was under normal level, and HBA1C was 4.5. So I thought, I am ok. Now my gyn wanted me to check again, so I did a post prandial, 2 hours after breakfast and blood glucose was 87 (which is great) and urine was 500mg/ml with the statement it should be re-checked. I also had again ketones, but only 1 +. Can you tell me what is going on? Is the latest test OK? does the urine glucose mean anything? Thank you for your reply!
