HPV in men

hello, i'm sorry i cannot write in hebrew, this PC doesnt support it. i had HPV 2.5 years ago, i had the warts around my annus and since the medical treatement didnt work, my doctor recomended me a surgical way to remove it, which succeeded. my question is how can i know if i'm cured? is there any chance that the virus is still at latency period and i can infect others? can i be tested for being a carrier? thank you
