פריצת דיסק

שלום, עברתי בדיקת MRI השבוע, והיום קיבלתי פיענוח.. הנה הוא - --------------------------------------------------------- L4-L5 שינויים ניווניים במרווח הדיסקלי ובלוחיות הקצה. בקע דיסק אינטרה פורמינלי משמאל הלוחץ את השורש של L4 בתעלה משמאל. L5-S1 בקע דיסק אחורי פרא-מדיאני ואינטרה פורמינלי לשמאל שלוחץ מאוד את השק הדוראלי, לוחץ את השורש של L5 משמאל ואת מוצא S1 משמאל. --------------------------------------------------------- האם יש דרך לטפל בבעיה ללא ניתוח ? תודה רבה, עדי.

תודה ד"ר שלמה על התשובה. ועוד משהו.. אני עם כאבים כבר 4 חודשים, כיום אני לוקחת פעמיים ביום ליריקה (75 מג') אחד בבוקר ואחד בערב. מדי פעם אני גם לוקחת אופטלגין. תחת הטיפול הזה הכאב נסבל, האם להמשיך ככה ? שוב תודה, עדי.
