Is it safe to come to israel?

Dear doctor, I would like to know it if is safe to fly to israel with a baby that was born in the begining of August, from Denmark (via another European country, as there are no direct flights). Furthermore, is it safe to fly to and be in israel at the moment with such a young child (the baby will get her first injections ('hisunim') when she's 3 and 5 months old. Thank you in adavance.
