ממצאים - כריתת אשך

בן 27, עברתי לפני שבועיים ניתוח לכריתת אשך לאחר גידול חשוד שהתגלה באולטראסאונד.. המננתח שלי הסביר בגדול אודות הממצאים, והייתי שמח לשמוע ממך הסבר גם לדברים הבאים: Histologic type: Multiple nodules (at least) of pure embryonal carcinoma with wide areas of necrosis. tumor size: greateast dimension of main tumor mass: 1.0 cm spermatic cord margin: univolved by tumor. microscopic tumor extension: The tumor limited to the testis. rete testis, epididymis, hilar fat, spermatic cord and tunica vaginalis are free of tumor. lymph-vascular invasion - absent. pathologic staging (pTNM). primary tumor (pT) pT1: tumor limited to the testis and epididymis without vascular/lymphatic invasion. additional pathologic finding: intratubular germ cell neoplasia. focal atrophy. focally preserved complete spermatogenesis
