Swine Flu?

I woke up this morning with flu symptoms such as fever of 38 degrees, nasal congestion, headaches, sensitive throat. I would hate to be in the public if I know I could have swine flu. How can I be sure that it's regular flu? My friends have been urging me to notify a doctor immediately. out of responsiblity to those around me. I have not travelled to Mexico OR anywhere AND have not been in contact with anyone I know who has been in contact with swine flu other than travelling on buses, AND the usual public places. I would appreciate knowing if I should see a doctor ASAP OR just relax . I do NOT have respitory problems at this point - is that a good sign?
