Hepatitis B vaccine

Hi I'm 31 years old AND I have got the 3 shots when I was about 15 I traveled a lot in the last 10 Years AND I can't remember if I got a booster shot. (I don’t have a good documentation of all the vaccines I got) I'm starting to work with serums AND I have to make sure that I'm immune to Hep. B virus What do I have to do ? Will it be enough to get a booster shot? What blood tests can I ask for in order to check it out? Will it be best to take the blood test after the booster shot? How many days after? Thanks Maya

Can I start working with human serums right after the booster? Or should I wait to the results?
