HPV and Oral Sex

Hi- Can a woman infected with HPV transmit the virus to her partner through oral sex? Also, can the virus be transmitted to her partner's fingers? Thanks

So is it true to say that warts and cancer is unlikely to develop in the mouth and even the throut? I believe HPV is easily transmittable to a mucus membrane and isn't the mouth/lips/throat considered mucus membrane and therefore symptom can occur in that area? If so, is it dangerous? Thanks again for your time and effort! (hebrew answer is ok too)
