האם לבצע ניתוח

ד"ר שלום בבדיקת CT התגלו אצלי 2 בלטי דיסק L2-L3 ו- L5-S1 ו2 בקעים בגובה L3-L4 ו - L4-L5 כל הממצאים ב CT מראים על לחצים על צד ימין - ואני סובל מכאבים עזים בגב עם נימול וכאבים ברגל שמאל טופלתי בפיזיוטרפיה אינטנסיבית במשך חודש וחצי ללא הקלה ואח"כ התחלתי עם טיפול כירופקטי - והכאבים רק מתגברים הכאבים משביתים אותי ואני לא ישן בלילות ולא מצליח לעבוד תקופות ארוכות ( אני כבר סובל 5 חודשים ) אורטופד שבדק אותי לאחרונה - המליץ לי לעבור ניתוח האם ישנה דרך להמנע מניתוח ולחזור לחיות אורח חיים נורמלי ? אני מקבל משככי כאבים שכבר לא ממש עוזרים מבקש את עצתך תודה מראש!!!
