my father was diagnozed as GBM. his age is 75 ,what is the best treatment ?

The best standard treatment includes a surgical procedure (resection if possible) followed by a course of 6 weeks of radiotherapy with concordant chemotherapy (temozolamide) and after a month off treatment one continuous with 6 monthly courses of temozolamide.
