שלום, בבדיקת m.r.i ארטרוגרפי נמצא שיש לי קרע אלכוסני של לברום קדמי עליון המערב את סחוס האצטבולום בסביבתו, האם יהיה עליי לעבור ניתוח בשל הקרע דיברו איתי על ניתוח ארטרוסקופי אשמח אם אוכל לקבל הסבר לגבי מה שיש לי ומה זה ארטרוסקופיה.
