hello doctor. i just had a surgery AND now i have an ileostomy (i had colitis). my problam is that ever since then (5 month) i can nt ejacuate. get an erection but that's all. the sperm doesn't come out. please can someonehalp me to fix that? i dont want to live with this problam forever. thank you
