את האמ אר איי בכבד עברתי בחו"ל, אם אפשר הסבר בבקשה FINDINGS: there is a 2.4X2.4 cm lesion in left lobe of the liver. this corresponds to the abnormal finding identified on prior CT performed 7/20/05. this lesion exhibits intermediate T1 signal, increased T2 signal, AND no definite post gadolinium enhancement, suggesting a complex hepatic cyst. this may contain internal hemorrhage OR debris. infection of this cyst/abscess is also a consideration. clinical correlation is recommended. this does not appear to represent a hemangioma OR solid enhancing mass. no additional intrahepatic lesion OR biliary dilatation is identified. no gallstones are identified in the gallbladder. the spleen, pancreas, adrenal glands AND kidneys appear unremarkable. no free fluid is identified in the abdomen. IMPRESSION: 2.4X2.4 CM LESION IN THE LEFT LOBE OF THE LIVER, CORRESPONDING TO THE ABNORMAL FINDING ON PRIOR CT PREFORMED 07/20/05. אינני יכול להתייחס ספציפית לתוצאה. אפשר רק לומר שה MRI מראה על ציסטה מורכבת בכבד ואינו מתחייב לאבחנה ספציפית. כמו בכל תשובת הדמייה יש להתייחס למכלול התלונות, בדיקות המעבדה ובדיקות הדמייה קודמות של החולה (קורלציה קלינית). יש לפנות לרופא גסטרו או כבד עם כל הבדיקות כדי להחליט על המשך הבירור. רצוי להביא איתך העתקים או דיסקים של הצילומים עצמם ולא רק את התשובה. ד"ר גל
