blood test

I am a 35 year old male. I had a blood test last week AND got the following CBC results: ALY 0.2 ALY% 2.8 BASO% 0.1 BASO.abs 0 EOS% 3.0 EOS.abs 0.2 Glucose 75 HCT 46.8 HGB 15.6 LIC 0 LIC% 0.7 LYM% 45.9 LYMP.abs 2.7 MCH 28.9 MCHC 33 MCV 86.9 MONO% 10.8 MONO.abs 2.4 NEUT% 40.2 NEUT.abs 2.4 PCT 0.3 PDW 15.5 PLT 382 RBC 5.4 RDW 12.7 TSH 1.3 B12 348 WBC 5.8 The only parameter that I see above the normal range is the ALY percentage with ALY being within normal range but on the highest end. I would be thankfull if you can explain the meaning of this finding, AND if there is any cause for alarm given the other parameters value.
