atypical lymphocytes

hello im a women age 25. i did an hematologia check. all the resaults came clear except the atypical lymphocytes wich was 5.3 (when the maximum baundry is 3) what does it mean? what diractions should i look for? thanks in advance rs

If those cells are really atypical lymphocytes (this should be viewed through a microscope), these are reactive lymphocytes - usually as a result of viral infection. " see previous questions about "atypical או אטיפיים.
